Queen of the Cove 2026 — Rules

Free to enter, free to vote, decided entirely by the public, out on the water at The Cove. No purchase necessary. Here's how it works and the fine print that keeps it fair.

The basics

What you need to know.

Eligibility18 and olderOpen to individuals 18+. Three divisions: Cove Queen (women 35+), Cove Princess (women 18–34), and Cove Daddy (men 18+). Your age is determined as of the date you submit your entry, and is verified against the photo ID you provide.

How to enterFree — no purchase necessaryRegister online or in person at The Cove. Bring a photo ID (used only to verify your age — stored privately and never published) and sign a quick photo release.

Photo shootsWeekends at The CoveContest photos are taken by us out at The Cove on weekends (Aug 22 – Sep 13, ~11am–3pm). Find our blue boat, or message us on Instagram to confirm — see the Find Us page for the map and what to bring.

How voting worksFree public voteAnyone can vote — no purchase or payment. One vote per person, per division, per day. The contestant with the most votes in each division when voting closes wins. If two contestants finish level on votes, the crown goes to whichever of them reached that total first.

The fine print

Official rules.

No purchase necessary. Entry and voting are free. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or to vote, and a purchase will not improve anyone's chances. Open to individuals 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited.

Sponsor. This contest is run by True Wood Design (doing business as Fort Pierce Famous and Queen of the Cove), Fort Pierce, Florida.

How winners are chosen. Each division winner is determined by the highest number of valid public votes received during the voting period (September 15–18, 2026). In the event of a tie, the contestant who reached the winning vote total first will be declared the winner.

Fair play & approval. Every entry is reviewed and approved before it appears publicly. The sponsor may disqualify or remove any entry that violates these rules, is inappropriate, or is associated with fraudulent or automated voting. All decisions of the sponsor are final.

Photos & privacy. By entering, you grant permission to use your contest photos in event promotion across the Queen of the Cove and Fort Pierce Famous channels. The photo ID you provide is used solely to verify your age, is stored privately, and is never published. Full details are in the release you sign when you enter.

Sponsors. Sponsor sign-ups and all sponsor items (cash, prizes, and logos) had to be received by September 1, 2026 to be included in the event and its promotion.
